You look on either side and don't see the end there either, so instead you avoid that part of your life or worse you keep banging your head against that wall.
That's where I come in. As a coach, I help you find loose bricks to help you go through that wall. We work together to help you remove barriers, in the way that works best for you, so you can get where you want to be! Get to Know Me
Having brought out the best in individuals and created close knit high performing teams for 25 Years, I use my skills and experience to coach leaders, teams, and individuals helping them focus on making incremental improvements toward achieving their goals. As a parent, I have learned the joys and challenges of helping my neurodiverse children through tricky school and social situations. Combining my skills and training from work and home, I put that knowledge to work for you and your family as we work together to identify where you or your children are stuck and the best next step. My favorite part of coaching is experiencing that lightbulb moment when my clients know their right next step and are comfortable moving forward on their path.
